Old Buckenham's jumble sale bigger than ever

All go at the Church Rooms
They were queuing outside the doors well before opening time.

Once inside it was everyone for themselves as they sorted through the huge heaps of clothes, checked the toys and surveyed the bric-a-brac.

There was a chance to have a refreshing drink and buy some home-made cakes.

Few could resist a go on the tombola which had been set up in the entrance hall as there was no room for it in the main rooms.
Eventually the rush subsided and there was the chance to sort through the clothes in a more relaxed manner.

All the unsold material was collected up at the end of the sale by the charity UK2Rom which transports it for re-use in Romania.
